What can we say but THANK YOU!  It has been a roller coaster of highs and lows in the 3-5 years since out journey of parenthood began but we have survived and now have 2 perfect earth angels to complete our family, thanks to your handiwork with a cervical stitch!  It’s now time to exit this roller coaster and start the next chapter in our journey as parents.  For all the pain you inflicted on me over the years – thank you, itwa well worth it!!
