Dr Bell is an RANZCOG accredited Specialist Obstetrician and Gynaecologist registered with the Australian Medical Board.
He is currently Head of Department for Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Norwest Private Hospital and is also the Birth Unit Clinical lead at Westmead Public Hospital.
Additionally, he is an accredited affiliate with Genea IVF.
All issues will be managed under a "Shared Decision Making" model, which means you will be actively involved in decision making- Dr Bell will outline the benefits and risks associated with each of your options.
The rooms at Castle Hill are comfortable and spacious, offer the full range of facilities, and provide convenient (free!) off street parking.
Qualifications
Dr Bell has a honours degree in medicine and is an RANZCOG accredited Specialist Obstetrician & Gynaecologist.
Before studying medicine Dr Bell worked as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist while gaining a science degree.

Why did I relinquish my appointment at the Sydney Adventist Hospital? Sydney traffic does not allow timely attendance in an emergency.
Philosophy
Dr Bells' philosophy is to provide high-quality medical care, in an honest and straight forward manner.
Dr Bell understands the desire of every patient to have complete confidence in the doctor of their choice. His aim is to blend understanding, professionalism, knowledge, technical skills and technology to provide patients with the obstetrics and gynaecology care they deserve.
He will actively involve you in decision making when appropriate, giving you the pros and cons associated with your options.
Dr Bell has four children of his own and fully understands what a stressful time pregnancy (and trying to get pregnant, kids, and life) can be..
Hospitals- Obstetrics
Obstetric care, including high risk pregnancies, is managed at either Norwest Private or one of the Westmead Hospitals.
Hospitals- Surgery
Gynaecological surgery is usually performed at Norwest Private Hospital.
It may however also be performed at the other hospitals.
