Consent - Newborn Circumcision
When you attend the surgery, you will be asked to acknowledge you have read the risks and benefits page, agree to all of the following points below, and confirm you are the childs parent or legal guardian. You will have an opportunity to discuss any questions with Dr Bell prior to circumcision. This page contains what you will sign and agree to on attending the surgery.
